Inspiration and background music

The whole film opening will be in black and white to make it more abstract, and I was highly inspired by the French-Swiss director Jean-Luc Godard.

=> what is the correlation between this song and my film opening?

For me, "abandoned road" like this song says it's a full metaphor.

The road being the cello career (path). As you get more into the mental issues which this career leaves you with, you forget about yourself and become slightly "insane" (not exactly literally), and super chaotic in your own little world.

Your first purpose on this "road" was to do what you are passionate about and be happy, but because of all those mental issues you end up insane like my character. So you slowly, slowly deviate from the road, until it becomes an abandoned road (like the song suggests).
